Changes in the A&B Group as of January 1st, 2022

As of 1 January 2022, Heine & Bleck will become a 100% subsidiary of Heine + Beisswenger Stiftung + Co. KG. Andernach & Bleck GmbH & Co. KG sells its shares in the company to the co-owner.

After more than 30 years together, we have decided to place Heine & Bleck GmbH completely in the hands of Heine + Beisswenger Stiftung + Co. KG at the end of the year. Of course, Heine & Bleck can continue to count on Andernach & Bleck as a reliable supplier.
